Our Surgery POD is located on the left hand side of the building near reception. The POD can take your blood pressure and weight and send your readings directly to your medical records. It is always useful to do this prior to seeing the doctor as it will save a little time at your appointment and the doctor will be aware.

We have now changed our appointment system taking into account the comments from our patient survey and patient group. Please pick up a leaflet from reception or on the website for full details. Want to be able to book an appointment on line with your usual doctor? This is now available, ask at reception. This is a separate system to repeat medication requests. If you do not have internet access this does not give any advantage to those who do. All appointments release at the same time on the web or on the phone or in person.
Our Patient Participation Group encourages patients to give their views about how the practice is doing. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are asking if people would like to provide their e-mail addresses so that we can contact you with some questions every now and then. Are you interested in leaving your email address? If so, you can pick up a form at reception to complete with your full contact details. There will be a secure box to post your completed form in to. Your details will only be used for this purpose and will be kept safely and securely.
