Latest Did Not Attend (DNA) Figures
We would like to remind you of the importance of cancelling your appointment if you no longer need it. Patients not attending an appointment, or those not giving enough advance warning of a cancellation, can greatly impact on the running of the practice.
These impacts include:
- An increase in appointment waiting times for all patients
- A potential risk to health
- Frustration for other patients and staff
During the month of April 2026, 251 appointments were lost due to patients not attending, or failing to cancel their appointment.
Requests for appointments often exceed what we can offer. Please help us manage the demand by cancelling your appointment in a timely manner if you no longer need it.
This will allow us to manage our appointments effectively and offer a valuable slot to someone else.
