New phone system

On the 11th August we will be replacing our telephone system. We hope you will bear with us during any initial teething problems and whilst we get used to the new system. We are aware of the frustrations you have all experienced in making contact with us and everyone at East Cliff has shared those frustrations which is why we have prioritised a replacement for our old system after only four years because it never lived up to expectations. The new system promises no engaged tone and the ability when we are really busy to hold your call in a virtual queue and ring you back when your call reaches the front of the queue. If you are patient we will get to your call.

Please understand though that these are the most challenging times the health service has ever faced and whilst we have increased the size of our clinical team and we are offering even more appointments than we did during the pre-pandemic period the demand for an appointment is greater than it has ever been.
