One You: Ramsgate Walk and Talk
The Ramsgate Walk and Talk session is a 1.4 mile walk around the local area. The Walk and Talk sessions are designed to help you to get active, get outdoors and meet new people. They are led by our friendly staff volunteers and usually take from 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
Why is walking the perfect activity for health?
- Almost everyone can do it
- You can do it anywhere and anytime
- It's a chance to make new friends
- It's free and you don't need special equipment
- You can start slowly and build up gently.
Walking can:

- Help you manage your weight.
The Ramsgate Walk and Talk meet every Thursday at 11.30am by the bicycle rack outside the practice.
