Excellent service by audiologist

I accompanied my partner to East Cliff Practice at Montefiore Medical Centre on Monday last. We arrived early and were seen early by a helpful, friendly, professional and competent audiologist. Within half an hour, my partners' hearing had been checked and aids supplied. An excellent service that could not have been bettered. Really pleased.

best surgery I've been registered to

I joined the surgery with no expectations in what I feel is a failing and unimaginative NHS. Somehow this surgery has embraced all of the technologies and infrastructure to shine out and set an example within the NHS limitations. I have only been three times in the last three years but each time the doctor was respectful and considered. The receptionists give the impression that they are there to help and not to control which is refreshing. The website and telephone systems help the patients be part of the mechanics rather than feeling an annoyance. I needed medical records and these were organised in a timely and efficient way. Cannot recommend the management and team enough and I am not given to writting good reviews !!
